These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Exototo platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing Exototo, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident with legal standing to enter into binding contracts. Exototo does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
All financial transactions are processed in MYR via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and other supported Malaysian payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus terms are specific to each promotion and are detailed in Section 7 below.
Exototo operates with independently certified RNG systems. Collusion, fraud, and multi-accounting are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session time controls are available to all members. Exototo is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling for all Malaysian players.
Exototo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and Exototo ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://exototo.cam and all associated services, products, software, and features offered thereon.
By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion on Exototo, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all documents incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Exototo platform and close your account. These Terms were last revised and became effective on 1 January 2026.
The following terms, when capitalised in this document, carry the meanings set out below:

| Bonus | Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or similar incentive awarded to a Member subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. |
| Wagering Requirement | The total amount a Member must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) of the bonus amount. |
| KYC | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to validate a Member's identity, age, and eligibility. |
| Prohibited Jurisdiction | Any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is not permitted under applicable law. |
To register and maintain an Account on Exototo, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
Exototo reserves the right to request documentary evidence (including National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), passport, or other government-issued identification) to verify any of the above conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period shall entitle Exototo to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account.
Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your membership. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify Exototo's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Exototo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
Exototo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point at our discretion — you may be required to submit identity verification documents. Accepted documents include a copy of your NRIC or passport, proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued in Malaysia), and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used.
Exototo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by membership tier and are displayed within your Account settings. Exototo reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification prior to first processing. Exototo targets withdrawal processing within 30 seconds for verified accounts using DuitNow or FPX. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times outside Exototo's control. Exototo reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purposes of fraud prevention or regulatory compliance review.
All Account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you elect to use a cryptocurrency deposit method, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of transaction is applied at the prevailing exchange rate used by Exototo.
All bets placed on the Exototo platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. Exototo provides detailed rules for each product category, which are accessible from within the relevant section of the Platform. In addition, the following general rules apply to all betting activity:
Exototo offers betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, Piala FA, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, UFC, NBA, and more than 30 other sports and competitions. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available by Exototo are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion details. Common wagering multipliers on Exototo range from 10x to 35x. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the bonus validity period, which is also stated in the specific promotion terms.
While a bonus balance is active in your Account, you may not place any single bet or wager exceeding RM250 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Any bet placed in excess of this limit may, at Exototo's discretion, result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, stated in the relevant promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not satisfied within this period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Exototo is not obligated to provide advance notice before a bonus expires.
Exototo reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Member has abused the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated activity designed to exploit promotional terms. Any winnings derived from such activity may be voided and the Account suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Exototo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:
All content on the Exototo Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, source code, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of Exototo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content or software on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exototo shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Exototo's total cumulative liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the Member's Account at the time the relevant cause of action arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Exototo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by Exototo's negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Exototo takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Exototo reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, Exototo will provide notice via email to the registered Account address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting our customer support team.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Exototo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; at the request of law enforcement or regulatory authorities; or where Exototo deems closure necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.
Where an Account is closed due to the Member's breach of these Terms, Exototo reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. In all other cases of Account closure initiated by Exototo, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonuses) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and all outstanding wagering requirements assessed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your most recently used withdrawal method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Exototo's operations. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following process:
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their interests pending the resolution of any dispute.
